Our founder Conal O’Hara benefits from a significant track record in flexible workspace and the wider real estate industry, with 25 years of experience covering the flex, office, hotel, residential and development sectors.

Conal has worked at C-Suite level for a market-leading flex brand, overseeing a prime London portfolio of 1M Sq Ft with revenues in excess of £100M. His deal experience includes the acquisition of over 250,000 Sq Ft of property assets and acting on both the buy-side and sell-side of significant corporate real estate transactions.

He has a proven track record of implementing value accretive strategies for a variety of ownership groups, including investment banks, private equity firms and family offices – acquiring, operating, managing and selling flexible workspace.
